1. Store operator and acceptance
PinX Golf is the storefront brand. The operating legal entity identified on the customer invoice or receipt is the contracting supplier for an accepted order. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy, shipping and refund policies.
2. Products, pricing and availability
Products shown on the storefront are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Kenyan shillings unless stated otherwise. The checkout server recalculates promotions, delivery charges, tax and the final total before creating an order. A display error does not require PinX Golf to complete a transaction at an obviously incorrect price.
3. Orders and payment
An order is created only after the checkout request is accepted by the server. M-Pesa orders remain subject to payment confirmation. Pay on Delivery orders are subject to eligibility rules shown at checkout and require collection of payment before a COD order can be marked delivered. Card payment is not active unless the checkout expressly enables it.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival times. The customer is responsible for providing a usable delivery address and contact details. Available delivery methods, charges and location restrictions are shown before order submission.
5. Returns, refunds and warranties
Return eligibility is assessed through the customer returns workflow and the applicable refund policy. Approval of a return does not itself mean money has been paid out. Where a refund is approved, the operational workflow records payout pending until the relevant payment process is completed. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer remedies under applicable Kenyan law.
6. Accounts and security
Customer and vendor workspaces require authenticated access in production. You must not attempt to access another person's account, order, saved item, support case, vendor workspace or administrative function. PinX Golf may disable accounts where necessary for security, fraud prevention or lawful operational reasons.
7. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected account information, misuse payment callbacks, or use the service to violate applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
Storefront software, branding, product copy, photography and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. No ownership rights are transferred merely by accessing the site or buying a product.
9. Liability
PinX Golf does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, liability arising from an individual consumer transaction should be assessed in light of the actual goods, services and loss involved rather than any prototype or estimated storefront information.
10. Governing framework and changes
These terms are intended to operate under the laws of Kenya. PinX Golf may update these terms for future transactions. The version presented and accepted when an order is submitted governs that checkout unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
